She has years of experience managing people, systems, and customer service, and she brings that same steady leadership into the shop every day.
Amy loves the outdoors, loves biking, and believes an e-bike purchase deserves patience, clarity, and a real conversation — not pressure.
Customers trust her because she listens, pays attention to details, and never forces a decision. She’d rather help someone find the right bike than just “make a sale,” and people feel that the moment they meet her.

Mechanics
Meet Ed
Ed is our lead mechanic and a true two-wheels enthusiast. With years of hands-on experience working on everything from bicycles to motorcycles, he brings a level of skill and attention to detail that’s hard to find.
His passion for the craft shows in every repair, adjustment, and bike he sets up — if it rolls, Ed wants it running at its best.
What customers notice most, though, is his nature. He’s friendly, patient, and easy to talk to — the kind of person who’ll explain what he’s doing without making you feel like you should already know. Whether he’s dialing in a brand-new e-bike or troubleshooting a small issue,
Ed treats every bike like it matters and every rider like they deserve to feel confident on it.
If you want someone who genuinely cares about the ride, not just the repair, Ed’s your guy.
Meet Frank
Frank is an experienced mechanic who learned his trade serving in the United States Army, where precision, reliability, and accountability weren’t optional — they were the standard.
He carried that mindset forward into civilian life, and it shows in his work. Every bike he touches gets the same level of attention he gave to the equipment he maintained in uniform.
Frank served proudly in Iraq, and he brings that same sense of pride and respect into the shop every day.
He works hard, he doesn’t cut corners, and he treats customers with the kind of professionalism that lets you know you’re in good hands.
